What is it?
Biosolve™ PLUS is a premium high-alkalinity cleaning and degreasing formulation with excellent foaming properties. It rapidly removes stubborn, caked-on manure and heavy organic soiling, particularly fats and oils, from surfaces and equipment in food processing, hatcheries and agricultural environments.
Why cleaning determines the result
Washing with water alone reduces contamination by no more than 60%. A heavy-duty cleaner can reduce the initial microbial load by 99%. In other words, without a suitable cleaner up to 2,000 times more bacteria remain. Thorough washing is essential to obtain the best result from subsequent disinfection.

Directions—spraying
Prepare a 0.25–1% solution (1:400–1:100). Spray all surfaces with a low-pressure lance at 500 ml/m². Warm water (60–65 °C) improves performance on greasy soiling. Allow at least twenty minutes of contact, then rinse thoroughly with clean water under high pressure.
Directions—foaming
Prepare a 0.5–2% solution (1:200–1:50). Apply with a foam lance at 250 ml/m². Allow at least twenty minutes of contact, then rinse thoroughly with clean water under high pressure.
